RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, please email us to ask for Returns & Exchanges Form. We will send you the form via email. Once you receive the form, please fill it out and ship it together with the item(s) back to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Hiera's Loom is not responsible for any shipping and shipping back charges. We have the right to refuse late refund request, which is later than 15 days of item(s) arrival. Item(s) must be in the same original condition; otherwise we don't accept return requests.

After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Hiera's Loom account.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be seen on your payment method due to varying processing times between payment providers.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us to ask for Returns & Exchanges Form. We will send you the form via email. Once you receive the form, please fill it out and ship it together with the item(s) and the form back to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Hiera's Loom is not responsible for any shipping and shipping back charges. Item(s) must be in the same original condition; otherwise we don't accept exchange requests.

After we receive and approve your exchange, we will ship your new order out in 1-2 business days.

DEFECTED ITEMS

If you receive defected item(s), please email pictures to info@hierasloom.com immediately, no later than 7 days. Once we receive the pictures, our team will get back to you shortly. After approval of our team, you may either get your money back or get a credit for your next order.
